I’m finally ready to start taking calls, suggestions on what would be a good product for a starter or any tips before I dive in? 

1. Natural Cures books 
2. make sure you have all your scripts - rebuttals - check/money order instructions and ref sheets - printed and close by
3. If you are just starting out, go for the Natural Cures books.  The leads are only $5, and it gives you a great chance to talk to people about their health and up sell other products. 
4. The only thing is the books and the other products need to be separate orders. make sure you have your scripts, fact sheets and instructions for processing money order/check orders and you’re all set
5. Take a deep breath….follow your script, and get the customer to relax, create a relationship with them…just act like you are talking to a friend.
6. They are calling you for help with a problem.
7. If you can solve that problem you are a success. And they pay you for this?
8.  How do you process credit card orders?
9. You place their information in your back office…corporate actually charges the credit cards.
10.  After you put in the order, it will ask for credit card info… just enter it and hit “process”
11. Mark as Canadian caller to get your credit back
12. We suggest out bound calls before you do inbound calls
13.  How long should you do out bounds before you take inbounds?
14. You should  be closing 60% or better before you invest in the inbound calls.  But this is for you to discuss with your sponsor… not me.
Look in system messages for the last call pop you took…the HCC # is there…
